Meet the Team Behind Neelu
At Neelu, our team is made up of passionate and driven individuals who are united by a single mission: to provide sustainable access to clean drinking water for the students in Telangana, India. We are a diverse group of five professionals, each bringing a unique skill set and perspective to the table. While some of us are students dedicated to social impact, others are experienced professionals with backgrounds in nonprofit management, community outreach, sustainable development, and project planning.
Together, we combine our expertise and energy to make a real difference. Whether we’re designing innovative fundraising campaigns, implementing community projects, or forging new partnerships, our goal is to create lasting change. Business Development Lead
Maia is the heart and soul of our project. She drives the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the organization, ensuring that our mission of providing clean water to underserved communities stays at the forefront of everything we do. Maia is deeply involved in all aspects of the project, from brainstorming ideas to overseeing partnerships and ensuring the team stays aligned with Neelu’s values.
Enes
Public Relations Manager
Enes serves as our Public Relations Manager, building and nurturing relationships with key partners and stakeholders. He plays a pivotal role in making sure that Neelu’s network of collaborators and supporters continues to grow, enabling us to expand our reach and impact. Enes is always connecting the dots, fostering strong relationships that drive our mission forward.
Antonio
Fundraising Manager
As our Fundraising Manager, Antonio is responsible for bringing in the resources that fuel Neelu’s efforts. He leads fundraising campaigns, cultivates donor relationships, and ensures that the financial support we need is always in place. Antonio’s work helps sustain the growth of our projects and ensures that every initiative is well-funded and set up for success.
Jaydan
PArtnership & Sponsorship Manager
Jaydan plays an essential role in managing our CAS students and organizing key brainstorming sessions. He focuses on building connections with potential sponsors and partners, helping to ensure Neelu’s projects run smoothly and continue to grow. With a keen understanding of both community engagement and sponsorship, Jaydan is integral to keeping our initiatives on track while supporting the overall vision of Neelu.
Max
Strategic Event Manager
Max is the backbone of our team, providing steady guidance and hands-on support in every aspect of our work. From helping set up stands to providing valuable second opinions, Max is always there to help us stay organized and on task. His work spans from website development to event coordination, ensuring that all the pieces come together seamlessly and that our projects keep moving forward.
